This “I inherited this mess” message, let’s see if I can refresh your memory. Let’s set aside your continuous lie about election fraud and inciting a riot to start Biden’s presidency. You dropped your poor handling of the pandemic economy into Joe Biden’s lap. He spent four years passing legislation, some of it bipartisan to inject some life back into the American economy. In 2008, republicans dropped the banking/mortgage catastrophe in Barack Obama’s lap, he spent a great deal of his presidency fixing that mess. Neither one spent their time blaming the previous president.
Harry Truman’s famous quote is “If you can’t stand the heat, get out of the kitchen”! It wasn’t “If you can stand the heat, blame the previous cook”! I included the inflation data in the header from the last several years to show the truth of where you started from. Trust me, it wasn’t as bad as some previous leaders.
You stated you are going to send $1776 to all active-duty military, a warrior dividend. Were these funds approved by congress? That’s where funding is supposed to come from? Is that $1776 before or after taxes? You claim this will come from the massive tariff income, so far you are going to pay off our national debt, give every American $2000 and now this promise to our military members. You sure are pushing the 190 billion around to a lot of places and people. You might want to have someone check your math, it doesn’t seem to be adding up.
